Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using Zoho Social to manage interactions on my social media accounts that I use with my Etsy store. It helps me see what posts are engaging in what environments, as well as the feedback and responses in one neat dashboard. It's very useful for real-time feedback on all the items I'm posting.

Usability

Zoho Social is incredibly easy to use, has a beautiful and intuitive user interface, and is pretty self-explanatory on the back end. I would only change the fact that not all of the social media channels are represented, considering how much activity businesses get from using things like Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Likelihood to Recommend

Zoho Social is well suited for business ventures of all types and sizes. It seems incredibly scalable, and reasonably priced at that. I highly recommend it for small and medium sized teams, especially since it integrates so seamlessly with the other Zoho products and services. How great is it to be able to gather leads without jumping through hoops?!
