Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
I carried out a study testing out various apps including Hootsuite, Sendible, Planable, and Preview and Zoho Social was by far the best tool I tested. The app offers great integrations such as analytics, streams, and lead management, all at a great price. The other apps were extremely costly for fewer tools and integrations. We required a cost-effective tool that would be functional and consistent, and Zoho Social was the only tool that provided us with that.

Not as functional as I would have liked. Posts took a while to upload and sometimes wouldn't even post despite being scheduled. The app was costly and although there were other features in the Hootsuite sphere, the actual tool itself was not as functional as I expected, especially for the price it cost.
