I have used multiple social media management software packages and Zoho Social by far has been the easiest to use.

Usability

Zoho Social is a great product, I look forward to the future editions and would like the mobile app to have some more features

My main use of Zoho Social is the ability to have all of my businesses social media in one place, instead of using the individual applications for posting, replying to messages, mentions etc. Its also nice to see a snapshot of my statistics and the ability to run reports that i can sure with others
