Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I use Zoho Social for social media marketing and insights. As a content creator, it is very important for me to know how my content is doing at any given time, to know whether or not my audience is growing, and to pull reports on content performance for brand partners. Zoho Social makes it easy to do that with all of the features they offer to let you see your account's engagement, audience performance, and more. The best part is that you can see all of your different accounts at the same time, customize the dashboard how you like to view and pull reports for each platform or all at the same time.

If you have zero experience with CRM platforms, you can hop right on in and start using it with no issues or any prior knowledge. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to take their social media marketing to the next level, who wants to connect with their customers more, and give them the content they want, then Zoho Social is great for them.

Zoho Social is well suited for content creators, social media marketers, business owners and anyone who is customer facing in the business. It's great to stay on top of how each platform is doing analytics wise, and have an in depth view of each platform's engagement. It's also well suited for beginners or people who have some experience in understanding the analytics part of social media marketing.
