Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
Zoho Social has made it very easy to manage my accounts and made my whole process significantly more efficient. The app is a great resource for content creators and I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand their content to a broader audience in an easy to use and understand platform. I will continue to use this application for the foreseeable future. Thank you Zoho Social!
Pros
- Allows content creators the ability to manage their brand in one place.
- Scheduling posts is a wonderful resource!
- Reviewing content in one place is so helpful!
Cons
- Their app doesn't have as many features as their webpage. That could be expanded on to allow for similar features. For example, we can't post on the same platforms as when using the web.
- The ability to add additional social media platforms that aren't listed.
- Zoho Social has allowed me to meet my goals of posting more social content this year. The ease of posting/scheduling is a very positive experience and saves me time!
- The analytics that Zoho Social provides are great! I do wish it would/could provide suggestions on timing of post and I wish it allowed come content editing directly in the platform, such as adding captions and minor video edits. However, that is not a huge negative for me.
