Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

I aim to use Zoho Social to schedule my social media posts and am able to see my accounts that are in the app in one place and track how posts are performing.

Pros

  • tracks social media posts of linked accounts in real time
  • updates performance of posts automatically
  • provides the opportunity to schedule posts in more than one way

Cons

  • The rss feed feature could work better.
  • I have a better sense of the number of people I am connected with and who are following me.
  • I have a better sense of which posts are performing better and what I might need to do more and less of
  • I get immediate feedback in a single location
I really like the platform, but would like it to be easier to connect my accounts and get news and information for myself and that I can share with my audience.
This is the first product I have tried based on reviews of a range of similar products.

It is easy to link to some social media sites, but not others. This might be due to the rules of the social media sites. Once sites are linked activity on them can be tracked intuitively.
