Overall i will give it a rating of 8. It is very user-friendly, intuitive and easy for my small team to use without much training. The dashboard is clear and scheduling is simple. It has limited advanced features larger businesses may eventually need. Excellent solution from Zoho Team. Thank you.

We don't use advanced analytics, complex ad campaigns or large-scale workflows. Those require more robust social media awareness from us.
