Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hi, I am using Zoho Social to autopublish vacancies and posts in Twitter, Linkedin, Linkedin Page, Facebook, and Facebook page, I haven´t found another application that allows you to connect that many social channels with a free version. It has earned me a lot of time having to do things manually! It is easy to use and it loads fast

I love it allows you to autopublish in several social media
Automates work and earns me the time I had to use to publish in social media manually.

Loads fast

Being able to publish in more social media channels
The ability to post multiple times a week, It just allows to post once a week over a 13 week period
I would like to see less expensive plans
I would like to be able to add other groups I have in Facebook

Return on Investment

It allows me to schedule and forget about having to publish for some time
I like that you can add more than 3 social channels, other options normally just allow 3
It earns me a lot of time wasted in making posts manually

Alternatives Considered

Hootsuite and Buffer

It gives more options to autopublish and schedule posts in several social media channels. It gives a free trial and you can extend it for more days and even months, that is something that I have not found in other free versions. Also the prices of the plans are cheaper than other applications

Usability

So far it has been easy to use the application, time saving, it loads fast, it´s well organized, I like a can see the programmed posts in a calendar and I like that allows you to add more social media channels that other applications. I would like Zoho Social to allow to autopublish more times in a daily basis

Support Rating

It doesnt have or I didnt find a live chat for support, I would love that, so far I haven´t had problems with the application, but if I need support in the future I feel it would take some time to recieve support. I would suggest to add in the application a link for courses about how to use Zoho Social

Likelihood to Recommend

I like that Zoho Social gives you a free trial and you can extend it for more days or even months, in the free trial you can add several social media and even a Facebook Group, so far I have enjoyed this product! As a recruiter I have to post vacancies and with Zoho Social I can post, program the application to Autopublish several times I can rest the following days of having to post every day manually in my social channels.

Use Zoho Social!! Is awesome!!! Earns time, can use several social channels and you can autopublish!!!!
