Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho Social to manage several of our company social media platforms with our team. Zoho Social allows for strong team collaboration and approvals before making social media posts. We are very happy with our usage so far, and expect to add more team members and social media platforms.

Cons
- Would be nice to have multiple users available in the free trial.
- Allows us to scale social media with team based approach
- GroupTweet (discontinued)
We used TweetDeck in the past. Zoho Social is a more complete product with more social media platform options.
