Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We are using Zoom for our sales calls, customer service calls, and internal meetings as well.

Pros

  • Screen share is great
  • Love the ability to add different backgrounds.
  • More reliable than other apps I've used. Including the big guys.

Cons

  • Making it easier to find the join audio and screen share buttons. People not used to the tool almost always seem to have trouble finding those buttons.
  • Easy to use and cost affective. Easy to get in touch with colleagues and clients.
Zoom was the easiest to use and most reliable for a reasonable price.
When you need to do a screen share our audio call, it works great.
