Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are using Zoom for conference calls and meetings. It's being used by the whole organization. It helps us have comfy video conferencing, with people from different offices. At the same time, ease of use, voice and video call clarity has been really amazing. And we switched to Zoom because it is a fraction of the cost of what we used to spend with our old provider. The service is much better and cheaper than most of the options available in the market.
- Zoom is very easy to use.
- It's a cheaper option as compared to its alternatives
- Zoom's service is outstanding. We never had any glitch or performance issues so far.
- Video and voice clarity is recommendable.
- No issues really so far. I think they might have a limit on the capacity of users in a single call, it is something they can work on.
- Cost Savings. Improved video and voice calling.
- Great features like document sharing, screen sharing and setting up confidentiality on attendees.
I love Zoom Rooms. Its simply awesome!!

Cost is better. Better customer service and great product specs.
