Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Video Webinar Functionality -- I used Zoom for the Video Webinar Functionality, for providing assistance to different user groups all over the world for online code help.
The session was started using one URL only, and peers could join in the same webinar.
Remote access -- The code of peers could be looked into and improved/modified within the session.
  • Adding multiple peers in one call
  • Ability to remotely access peer systems
  • Recording meetings is possible
  • Documentation should be more verbose
  • Need for more How-Tos and FAQs
  • Putting a meeting on Hold is difficult sometimes.
  • When more people come into the same conference, it becomes a puzzle sometimes for them on how to join.
  • Improved Collaboration
  • Easy to get people together and work on the task that requires critical attention.
  • Remote Access
High Level Of satisfaction - The tool works as expected.
Provides the video calling/ Audio calling features for two way/ multiple peers.
Has the ability for arranging conferences directly or on invite bases.
Ability for remote access for peers.
Zoom is an amalgamation of video conferencing + remote access software.
You do not need to install two software for one task.
Remote conferencing can be done while the Video conferencing is ongoing.
Multiple peers can join in the same call.
Video Conferencing -- When there is a need to broadcast a lecture, this can be aptly utilized and used with multiple peers sitting all across the world.
Remote assistance -- When there is a need for remotely finding and fixing crucial bugs in a runtime environment.
Collaboration -- Multiple peer access to collaborate and work concurrently.
