Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We are using it throughout the entire organization. All new hires get a Zoom account assigned. Because our company has employees all over the world we have a lot of meetings through Zoom. We have also started using Zoom phones and will be replacing all the desk phones. We also have Zoom rooms in our conference rooms.
- Zoom makes it easy to connect through the calendar by adding the make it a Zoom meeting option and it sends the participants the link to connect with.
- Whether on a laptop camera or a full DTen setup it is very clear and seldom has problems with the connection.
- in our Zoom Rooms, you can set up a meeting on the fly and use the code for the room to allow others to connect.
- Setting up accounts is simple and easy.
- Invitees don't need a full account to join a Zoom meeting.
- We have had issues that users are experiencing laptops rebooting after launching a Zoom meeting with a camera.
- We are currently moving everyone to pro accounts, so the cost is going up, but we feel its worth it.
- Time for the setup of a meeting is very efficient and saves time and effort.
- Setting up the accounts saves us as admin time to work on other problems.
Zoom Rooms work well for us as we have all-hands meetings and lots of remote participants.
I'm currently implementing desk phones and executive Zoom phone numbers. The only problem I had was putting the company logo on the phone screen.
