Zoom is being used across the whole organization. The software is used to hold meetings in the US and internationally.
- The ease of use helps staff members adopt the software.
- Zoom Support has been very helpful even after post deploy to help troubleshoot and answer questions.
- Zoom's ease of use to work on multiple platforms like mobile and computer.
- Providing more options on post recording options like file download load format and editing options.
- As an IT admin it would be nice to have better options when attempting to make custom reports on the backend. At times the canned reports, do not help with information being requested.
- Zoom's ease of use has helped staff members have audio and video meetings in the US and internationally.
- Zoom's willingness to provide good support post deployment is very helpful in troubleshooting IT questions and answering staff questions.
- Zoom's willingness to work with other companies helps with finding products and solutions from a third-party.
I would recommend Zoom due to the ease of use, excellent support, and willingness to work with other companies to offer multiple solutions to its customers.
