Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My whole organization uses Zoom. It have been very helpful in covid times. Everyone is working from there home, so we don't want to go to office.
It has been very easy to do meetings and there is lot of people who can be involved. One can share screen with each other and present presentation.
The most used features is that one can control its own mic, video screen, each and every single feature on individual bases.
Need to different app for messages is also resolved with in built chat option.
It is easy to install and if any problem arises we can help our customers while sitting in our home.
Overall it is very good designed app for daily connectivity.

Built in chat option is useful
No restriction on user addition
Light weight app
Consume less power

Popup appears regularly 'your connection unstable' even when network is running at good speed
Chat option is not good. It lacks feature
It is costly
Poor backend service

Return on Investment

It has definitely been financial saver as it cost 50% less than competitor.
Connection time is less so also time saver and time is money
It doesn't require to buy for every employee as it also works free with limited feature. So again money saving

Alternatives Considered

Skype

Major thing is lot of more feature than Skype.
Skype was very heavy on processor as it was heavy, but Zoom is light weight.

Skype use to lags alot, but it is not case with Zoom as it runs very smoothly on any processor.
No expert is required to configure Zoom

Skype was costly than Zoom.
So Zoom is beneficial in most cases than Skype.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is very well suited if you regularly do meetings and present presentation.
And if you want to troubleshoot your customers system it is very useful as it is easy to setup.
It is not useful if you don't require regular meetings or presentation.
It is also not recommended if one does any physical work and does not require working on computer or something do manual working.
