Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

For Distance Education or E-Learning, Zoom has been the best option to receive a virtual class and interact with other classmates, this has been a new challenge but at the same time exciting to adapt int the new technology. Zoom has met all the requirements to make us feel like if we were in a classroom.

Pros

  • Available on multiple devices
  • Break Rooms feature t all the class preform different task
  • Recording option and cloud storage
  • Security feature t protect the meeting with a PIN or password.

Cons

  • Link the Google or Outlook Calendars to exports meetings easily would be good a great option.
  • Having an integrated calendar into the Zoom app would be good to easily manage the meetings and availability.
  • Zoom has reduce time to attend meetings or classes on different physical locations.
  • Easy to use for everyone even with few technical knowledge.
  • Availability for multiple platforms specially mobile devices is a big plus

Evaluating Zoom and Competitors

Zoom has a very friendly UI that allows any kind of people to easily use the application, it has a light design but with all the necessary features without overflooding the options. Zoom has great stability and great performance among other counterparts making this a very smooth experience for all the participants.
