Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Our company uses Zoom to conduct partner and/or client conference calls. Zoom is a useful tool for making human connection more personal than a standard phone call. It allows our clients to replace onsite meetings, as well as to conduct face-to-face meetings with remote clients outside of our region.

Zoom is a much more user-friendly product than others we have used in the past. The user experience with Zoom was much better than our previous screen sharing, audio conferencing, and video conferencing products. Zoom is a very common tool that is also used by many of our vendors, partners, and clients.
