Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a virtual accounting firm, we use Zoom for virtual meetings with clients. Zoom Video Webinar is a great way to host a company meeting, or get a message out to many clients at once regarding any changes in industry that may affect them.

Pros and Cons

User friendly
Stable connection
Good video and audio quality

None that are glaring

Alternatives Considered

Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Google Hangouts Meet

We find Zoom Video Webinar to be the most user-friendly platform, compared to the ones that we have tested for business use.

Sage Business Cloud Accounting (formerly Sage One Accounting), MailerLite, Wave Accounting, Facebook for Business, Google Cloud Datastore, Dropbox, Google Forms

Likelihood to Recommend

We use Zoom Video Webinar for in-house and client communications. We feel that it is well suited for these needs. We have yet to explore it for lead generation, but based on some reports from associates that we have received, we will be using it for this purpose in the future. I cannot think of a scenario where this application would be less appropriate though.
