Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoom Workplace for our internal meetings along with our external meetings. It makes it easy to have recurring internal meetings along with random meetings with the team as needed. With customers, it makes it easy to have meetings, record them and have them show up in our Google Calendar.

Great for scheduling internal meetings and external meetings and having them show up on calendar
Giving the option not to let people into the room until ready is great for external meetings
Easy to record calls/parts of calls

Cons

Would be nice if Zoom Workplace provided a recap of the meeting/next steps
Sometimes, the side bar can get in the way when screen sharing

Makes it easy to collaborate with the team and jump on quick calls/scheduled calls as needed

Zoom Workplace is great for internal and external meetings, especially when you need to share your screen. It is best if you have the budget to pay for the seats. With the free license, it can get annoying when having longer meetings and having them automatically end after 30-40 minutes.
