Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Overall, I think Zoom has been a great tool. However, the over reliance on it in place of face to face meetings degrades relationships over time. It is not a problem with Zoom but a societal challenge. I also find it is almost cost prohibitive for my non-profit and we will be looking to reduce the total number of licenses when possible.
Pros
- created a community platform
- allowed for virtual meetings of board of directors that are efficient
- allowed for our trainings to be virtual
Cons
- price is way too high
- positive during pandemic
- positive for our caregiver group
- challenge to get people off their computers
I have used it for Board meeting minutes, that is a very good and helpful function
