Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace for both internal and external meetings. It is our preferred video conferencing tool over Google meets/ Microsoft Teams because of the user interface. Features such as the ability to have breakout rooms, polling capabilities, annotation are used daily!

Pros

Cons

  • Dislike how it gets to you to verify that you are a Zoom Workplace daily (vs remembering preferences)
  • Improved collaboration of calls for product (win/loss analysis)
  • Improved collaboration of calls for sales (training)
I think Zoom Workplace has the most user friendly UI. We use Zoom Workplace in conjunction with Google hangouts, mostly due to the cost of Zoom Workplace is high for a start up company to grant full access to everyone.

We like using Zoom Workplace for external meetings as Zoom Workplace has many integrations with different call analytics providers such as Gong/ Fathom/ Avoma etc. This is critical for our sales team to be able to analyze and view their calls
