Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We utilize Zoom Workplace as a method of collaboration being that our workforce is entirely distributed. The tools that are available within Zoom Workplace really make it easy and effective to keep connected while not being in a physical office. Because there are limitations in regards to other services offerings similar to Zoom Workplace, it has become a preference for our employee base to use Zoom Workplace for both internal and external business use cases.

Cons

  • We'd love to see a VoIP Fax service at some point
  • Ways to lock down a smaller meeting (
  • Improved Collaboration for sure
  • Reliability ratings are pretty high
  • Customer base familiarity with the tool is helpful
We have not yet harnessed the Zoom Workplace AI feature as there is a lot of speculation out still on the value add long term of AI solutions.
It really leads the charge for meetings and the capabilities and feature stack that Zoom Workplace carries against some of its competitors. Zoom Workplace focuses in on what they are really good at and its hard to compare with some of the other big names in the space since they don't specialize in the same silos, they aren't granular enough so the solution is equipped with the essentials but isn't robust in features and integrations.

We always recommend our employees and our clients to utilize Zoom Workplace as a means of collaboration to ensure that both us and they receive the best overall experience with the most features available should those be necessary to achieve the goals of meetings. It's always a much more reliable tool, and allows for many functional integrations which can often times be greatly helpful as well.
