Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Workplace to conduct virtual meetings with members of our staff and other businesses that we contract with, such as marketing teams, IT departments, and others. It helps us to be able to communicate with them face to face even when we cannot meet in person. It also gives us the ability to share screens so that we can effectively show information to each other.
Pros

- Easily scheduling of meetings
Cons
- Can be glitchy or delayed
- Make it easier to host webinars
- Too many different add ons
- It's helpful to use but I don't think it's the best product
- Not cost saving
- Easy to use
I think that Zoom Workplace is one of the top two options. Microsoft Teams and Webex Meetings have more issues and glitches than Zoom Workplace. However, I think that Google Meet is a far superior product for our company. I often run into issues with Zoom Workplace not wanting to open or needing to update as I am trying to begin a meeting, and I do not have those issues with Google Meet.
