Cons
- price - it's just expensive
- outlook calendar meetings - it fills in the location with a long ugly URL that clutters outlook calendars, and it's not even clickable, so it's pointless. Might as well just say "Zoom" for location and then have the link in the body of the meeting.
- as a software saas company, it's 100% necessary for us to have screen sharing abilities for both support and sales
- GoTo Meeting, Cisco Webex DX80 (discontinued), LogMeIn Central by GoTo, Microsoft Teams and TeamViewer
i find Zoom Workplace comparable to GoTo Meeting in most aspects. i find zoom superior to LogMeIn and Teams for taking control of client computers - it's support of shortcuts is perfect, while the other products don't handle shortcuts correctly - they fire the shortcut on your computer rather than the one you are controlling. I find there to be little to latency on zoom when controlling screens, while teams/logmein both had noticeable latency.
