Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Zoom Workplace consolidates meetings, chat, phone, calendar, whiteboards, and notes into a single interface. It greatly simplifies things for the end user.

The Zoom Workplace app is also very easy to install

  • Conversation highlights and topic tracking for users to catch up

Cons

it auto-summarizes missed meetings, so I don’t have to rewatch recordings or dig through notes.

It also tracks decisions and next steps, keeping my to do list aligned with firm priorities.
I think Zoom Workplace is far superior. In my opinion, Performance is better. Compatibility with system hardware is better. Overall, in my experience, is a far better user experience
