[We selected ZoomInfo because of] Contact, company and customer info.
For Marketing and Sales ops, Zoominfo is great; however for campaigns there are still some quirks which need to be fixed.

Evaluating ZoomInfo and Competitors

Yes - InsideView and Discover.org. both of these products have limitation based on the validity of information, inter operability along with Salesforce and Microsoft dynamics CRM. Zoominfo works very well.
