Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo across multiple departments. Whether it is for finding new prospects, understanding market space/competition or investigating a current customer, ZoomInfo is the source of truth. The most significant problem it addresses would be finding the correct point of contact within an organization. understanding their role, and appealing to it. Linkedin is used in synergy with ZoomInfo for confirmation but does not have the search capability of ZoomInfo.
- The user interface is simple to use.
- Continuous, huge updates. ZoomInfo 1.0 to 2.0 was huge.
- Reliable contact information.
- Loading of pages can be bogged down by analytics, not all needed.
- Uploading lists from tools such as Salesforce could be simplified.
- More companies can always be added!
- Significantly faster lead generation.
- Working efficiency is maximized by likely over 100%.
- I am able to look at an organized chart and immediately establish POC.
I have never worked with a direct competitor of ZoomInfo, however, I have worked with what would be called an indirect competitor. The biggest difference would be the size and ease of access ZoomInfo provides. I have the ability to filter down my search in ZoomInfo to see exactly what I am looking for.
