Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

The tool is primarily being used by our business development and sales group. We're using it for prospect list building and research. It's our main source of contact data and we've started to use more of the intent data to inform messaging. We also use the ideal customer profile tool to sort by priority to our business.

ZoomInfo has better quantity and quality in terms of contact data than any other tool we've tested or used. User experience and customer service has been higher quality as well.
ZoomInfo's contact data is unmatched by competitors. The integration with DiscoverOrg has added another layer of account data and news delivery that we've only begun to scratch the surface of. The search function and interface are easy to use. Customer support is responsive and generally helpful. The ability to push directly to a CRM has helped save time for our entire team.
