ZoomInfo is used to source leads and to obtain their contact information. It is primarily used by our sales team and it helps address our need to identify who the appropriate people are for outreach at our target organizations. It is also used by our marketing team in their outreach campaigns.

ZoomInfo is the best solution when seeking out contact information for a large number of accounts and leads. The user interface is also the best in that they lay out the organizational structure in a way that makes sense for our prospecting needs. Furthermore, the contact information tends to be more up-to-date than the information I have found in D&B Hoovers.
For organizations needing contact information for a large number of prospects, ZoomInfo is the gold standard. For organizations only needing a small number of contact information, this may be an unnecessary tool as other options like LinkedIn may be more up-to-date.
