Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We have successfully used ZoomInfo across our global sales and lead development organizations. Magnified by COVID19, it's become more and more important to be able to find and connect with the right people in organizations. Company and contact scoops have been invaluable as well.

Pros

  • Find companies with funded projects relating to our offerings
  • Tracking and reporting changes in company and individuals status
  • Contact data, including mobile phone numbers

Cons

  • Company categories for licensing are a bit confusing (ex. IT vs Engineering contacts)
  • We haven't defined or analyzed this specific to Zoominfo
At one point we had both, and we found ZoomInfo data to be more accurate and more complete
[ZoomInfo] has real value, and the company has been responsive and very reasonable to work with.
