Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Marketing

[...] uses ZoomInfo Marketing to draw awareness to our brand to new and existing accounts. We use this tool as a means to keep our product and services at the top of our current clients minds and to bring in new customers who might not have heard of us. We also aim to build our business side of our brand through the ads as most know us for our certifications and education side. Pairing ZoomInfo Marketing and ZoomInfo Sales together has been a seamless process that just has made sense for our organization and sales teams.

It does take a lot of time to understand the product and how it all fits together, but once learned is pretty seamless. Reporting isn't always the easiest to measure. Would be better if campaigns could be tied together or grouped together.
Automation was our biggest goal in moving to ZoomInfo Marketing and being able to automatically add accounts that were showing intent, increasing in site visits or ad engagement, and adding them to an email outbound campaign - and ZoomInfo Marketing has made that possible. FormComplete was another area that we were interested in as to help increase our form fills, the integration has been more challenging, but we are experiencing more form fills from it.
The automation from the Workflows is the biggest difference and a great one! It's also easier to build audiences and be more targeted in the leads we serve ads to.

It's a great tool for our audiences, ZoomInfo Marketing has really good insight into our healthcare space and higher education space. For smaller or more niche areas it would be harder to target or if you're trying to target international audiences, it's not as expansive.
