Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

its a great tool, from cntact data, searches, intent, list uploads, scoops, filters, sfdc package, etc.
auto-enrich leads and accounts with missing firmographics (industry, headcount, revenue tier), append verified direct-dial numbers and emails, and trigger intent alerts on our target lists. This eliminates manual research and stale-data bottlenecks so our SDRs and AEs can focus on outreach to the right prospects. It is our primary tool for literally all sales stuff

Pros

  • we subscribe to intent topics around “talent sourcing platform,” “diversity recruiting,” and “AI-driven hiring.” ZoomInfo Sales automatically flags accounts showing surges in those searches, so our SDRs know exactly which talent-acquisition leaders are actively evaluating solutions.
  • We’ve set up Scoops to notify us when target companies announce new diversity programs, open new offices, or secure funding rounds.
  • Embedding ZoomInfo Sales’s Form Complete on our webinar and white-paper gates cuts friction by pre-filling firmographic fields. We capture full profiles—even from partially completed forms—so our marketers get richer lead data without extra form fields.

  • Mass changing incorrectly matched accounts is a pain
  • I think percentage matches are important so we can flag things

Literally any company that is business to business. When you’re running an account-based campaign or have an ABM strategy. Coverage and data quality dip for very small companies. While ZoomInfo Sales maintains compliance standards, some regions or industries (e.g., healthcare clinical data) demand explicit opt-in. In those cases, a proprietary consent-driven list or internal marketing-permission database is safer.
