Overall Satisfaction with Zuora

Zuora is used throughout our organization to generate invoices, as well as process payments, and refunds. It is our most reliable and detailed billing resource.

Pros

  • Provides a central location for all billing transactions.
  • The running of reports is simple using the data exports tool.

Cons

  • The speed at which account searches return results.
Zuora is incredibly effective, and much more detailed than any other billing platform when it comes to invoice creation and management. With a business of our size, growth and change, there aren't many systems that can counted on with 100% certainty. Zuora is one platform that we never second guess.
Zuora is definitely best used as a billing platform for any small to medium sized company. A lot of the issues that are experienced deal with the interconnectivity with other applications we use, however there are many more pros than cons.
