Ceipal ATS helps us source candidate profiles from various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, and Tech Fetch. It also helps us track the candidate in case of submission of the candidate profile to the client, scheduling the interview for the candidate, and sending bulk mail/Mass mail, which is an added advantage we use daily to source profiles.

Ceipal ATS is used by Recruiting and staffing companies, so it will be used for the end-to-end recruiting process. For that reason, I suggested it to my colleagues. A few years back, we used separate portals for Monster, dice, and CB, but now they are all included in a single portal of CEIPAL ATS, so I would definitely like to suggest it to my colleagues.

We primarily use the ATS module for lead generation and job applicants, so it's easy. However, they should also provide a good prospect on the onboarding sector, as it needs improvement in multiple ways to initiate and expedite the workflow of the onboarding experience, for example, by providing client-demanded verification websites and more.

It's easy to find a candidate using third-party integration. The AI option is good, but the Recruiter and manager dashboards are different; the Recruiter has a peers option, and the Manager has a company submission option. When I talk about less appropriate, it works slowly when we are doing job postings and in an internal database. Candidate resumes are not immediately migrated into the internal database.

Bulk emailing options is very very useful for Recruitment. When turn around time is matters for Recruitment, we can connect with thousands of candidates in one click.

We can submit profiles within short span of time when we compare to direct portal search. We can avoid duplicate work using resume tagging option.

Ceipal ATS is the first ATS I have used in my career. Earlier I used portal in chrome seperately. when we submit the resume from the portal using large size its not getting submitted to client and there is not proper information why the profile is not getting submit. when we source the resume we receive blank profile where our credential get less, so we request to add attional credential.

From job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, we can easily migrate resumes with a single click. This has been a great experience. We can mark interviews and submit profiles to clients directly from the CEIPAL ATS. If we need any other tools to process the profiles for clients, we can use them directly from the ATS

Using Ceipal ATS is so easy and useful nowadays most Staffing Companies use Ceipal ATS to search fit candidates profiles according to the client exceptions and Its User interface was so good and easy even a fresher can easily learn it. According to My experience, the comments and notes are useful in Ceipal ATS over the candidates resumes. It solves the misunderstandings between my colleagues while reaching the same candidate resume.

Previously we have used Job Diva as our ATS, it doesn't have features like integrated search, which we have that options in Ceipal ATS. Job diva doesn't have the integrated Job portal, we can login will multiple users at the same time, But individual Job portal like Monster, Dice, Career Builder we cant login more the user at same time. So Ceipal ATS is best when compared to Other ATS.

we used it maximum for sourcing the resume and review it submitting to client through manager, scheduling the interview with time and date. It's well suited in the client page where you can see all your open requests, how many candidates are submitted, how many have been selected to interview, etc. I wish it was easier to pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. Ceipal ATS holds more information than some of our VMS tools, so it would be really helpful to easily pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. It seems like a confusing process.

It's Suits me very well in order to sourcing the candidates and for Job posting it's handle a high volume of job postings. Ceipal provides us different job board as well which we used for sourcing the candidates. We are also using to store and feed the documents.
