We use Ceipal as our ATS, which helps us generate submissions, mark interviews, and track placements. Sometimes, we use it to send emails to candidates to collect documents. We have migrated all job boards into Ceipal, which helps address issues more easily and reduces our workload. This allows us to quickly upload profiles and reuse migrated profiles as needed.
  • We migrate resumes from all job boards with a single click.
  • We send bulk emails to up to 999 recipients, which is very helpful for us as it allows us to send a single email to everyone.
  • We can upload the data that we already have.

  • I don't think there is an improvement needed because, compared to other ATS, Ceipal is the best one. I have been using it for more than 6 years.
  • If you still want improvement, please don't migrate the resume without including email and phone details, as it causes issues when trying to open it in Ceipal.
From job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, we can easily migrate resumes with a single click. This has been a great experience. We can mark interviews and submit profiles to clients directly from the CEIPAL ATS. If we need any other tools to process the profiles for clients, we can use them directly from the ATS

If you bring the 'AI,' it's very helpful for us. Sometimes, we might make grammar errors; at those times, this AI can guide us for correction.If 'AI' can level by searching, it's very helpful for us. For example, if we require a job description, if this AI can pull strings and resumes, it might save time and help sort the resumes a bit faster
Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Naukri - we have integrated all four job boards into Ceipal ATS. I have insights: when we migrated the resumes, sometimes even those without email and phone numbers are getting migrated as well. I hope the Ceipal team can increase the limit for sending bulk emails from 999 to 1500
Because it's one of the best ATS platforms I've come across in the market, I've been using Ceipal for more than 5 to 6 years. Ceipal is a very user-friendly application for tracking records

I use Ceipal ATS daily for Recruitment Purpose in my company. We source and Hire candidates for US we are staffing recruitment firm, and I use Ceipal ATS to store candidates information send them email messages for multiple job openings and add their information once they are hired.

  • Ceipal ATS has helped navigating very easy and due to its User Friendly UI, it helps new joiners to use navigate and learn Ceipal ATS very quickly, also the most feature i adore i the talent hire extension which helps in integrating candidates from monster to Ceipal ATS just by single click rather than manually parsing them.
AI is a good feature, while i create job and include the string, the AI feature helps in finding suitable profiles within the database and helps in easy hunting the candidates rather than playing the search on job boards.

Ceipal replaced Bullhorn ATS and Ceipal is affordable and has attractive features and tools. Bullhorn UI is bit complicated to understand new joinees however a new joiner can learn ceipal within couple of hours and it is very easy to navigate. AI feature of Ceipal and integration tools make ceipal easy and feasible to apdapt over other product.

The resume harvesting is very good in Ceipal. The automated AI gives very good result. The integrated search option is good but need to upgrade a bit. I believe that Ceipal ATS's AI tools is vey advance. It is very beneficial for the user as well. It saves time of the user.
I did not ever integrated with any other products as well. I have done only talent search from Ceipal.
The usability is very good. The user become so friendly to it as it has good interface and advance software. The harvesting option is very beneficial of the Ceipal as well. I have earlier used JobDiva, Dice and Prohire. I found Ceipal is much better than other ATS. i do recommend to people looking for ATS for their work. Much time i have given to Ceipal ATS throughout my carrier as well. As i earlier mentioned about the integration and AI is much better than other portal as well.

We use Ceipal for candidate submission and fetching the IT candidates purpose. We also use Ceipal for keeping track of candidates and use them for any future requirements. Ceipal is being used here aggressively and its more helpful than any other ATS system we have ever used in our organization.

Ceipal is very handy interms of keeping the database for candidates and it keeps track of all the submitted candidates. It is less appropriate when we post any position it has alot of options to fill which is very time consuming. It should come with less option so that a job can be posted with minimum information.

Ceipal ATS is also being used for utilizing candidates with the help of AI. It makes the job very easy, but it has its own loss. We need to speak with the candidates anyway, and most of the candidates are posted with their contact information which should be avoided when candidates are being registered.
We have integrated three other job portals with Ceipal, such as Monster, Dice, and Career Builder. Ceipal is flexible after integrating other portals, and it accumulates the data and is secured in 1 place, which is very convenient for the company's database. All the candidates are in one place for ease of access.
It is surely making the human job easy when a candidate is being fetched automatically with the help of AI. It saves a lot of our time to find the candidate and lock for the position we are working on. It also help us keep track of all the candidates that are being fetched.
JobDiva was also a good ATS, but after working with that software for a while, we realized that it is so messed up when it comes to UI. It was so confusing with many options on the front line that we were facing many problems, and it took us forever to post IT requirements.

We have been using this ATS for the past few years and have never had any major problems. It is being used for candidate sourcing as well as keeping track of all our candidate's databases. In the market, there are very few ATS software available, and I think Ceipal is the best among all.

Ceipal ATS replaced JobDiva few years ago and we replaced it as it was very hard to understand and was not at all easy to use. It was very messy so we had to go through another portal which is user friendly. In the market Ceipal is leading ATS Software so we chose it.

Integration with other systems is the most important factor here as we don't need to go to multiple websites, and all the access from different portals is accumulated in one place. On top of that, it is available anytime we want and ease of access. Ceipal is the most handy software I have ever used.
We chose Ceipal over JobDiva, and there were no doubts in our minds that we would go with any other ATS than Ceipal. It is very clear that Ceipal is the most efficient software in the market in terms of recruiting, and when it comes to the selection process, we are very happy with Ceipal.

Training was very helpful as we were unaware about the entire process as to how we should use it. After training we learnt all the option we should use during our work and what option we should avoid. We need to use it on daily basis and thats the reason this training should be very detailed.
Product was very easy to learn without training and there are a few options available that you can access without any hassle like accessing information from all the taps available in top of the home screen. It is very easy to login and do rnd by own and if a non trained person will try to logon he will access the portal easily.
When it comes to configuration, it is very handy and easy to use. It loads the page very quickly, and if you have your username and password saved, it starts in 10 seconds. We don't have to care about any plugins installed as well. overall its very easy that a small kid to also log in if they want to.
As said earlier, it's very easy to install and configure the product, so I would still recommend the latest version of Google Chrome for use. Once you have the latest version, you can log on to the Ciepal home page and then keep your login credentials handy.

There is no need to add any customization from my side, but still if someone wants to do it, then they can customised it as per their need. for example they can customize few tabs under job posting and reduce/add options as per the user. At our level we dont think we need to customize so we did not.
The support team at Ceipal is very cooperative. During the initial stage, when we opted for this ATS, we had so many sessions and training sessions provided by Ceipal which helped us a lot to understand the tool and to also add on new features. When there is any technical problem, Ceipal customer support is very helpful.
We have not purchased premium support because we never felt any need to buy premium support. We rarely have any problem that is unfixable and anything else, we have Ceipal regular support that was with us in all our problems and helped us by solving all the technical problems we are facing.

We had this login problem some time ago, and we kept getting logged out. We contacted customer support, and they helped us in resolving the problem after a few hours. It is our main ATS service portal, so every work is being done by Ceipal, and cannot use any other software.

Ceipal has also comes with mobile applications which makes it very easy to carry your workplace everywhere you go. it gives ease to access the portal anywhere, make submissions, and optimize candidates and client engagement with the help of ceipal mobile application. It makes it very easy take the database of our organisation anywhere which helps during any company presentations.
I have given an 8 rating as the Ceipal is being used in our department for mostly recruitment purposes so we don't have many other departments. We use Ceipal for recruitment and for sales purposes. Currently, it's being used for the bother dept and working absolutely fine so I think an 8 rating is reasonable.
In my tenure of using this software, there were multiple times when I faced a technical outage, and it was not too long. We had it resolved as we connected with the support, and they informed us immediately that the developer team is working on it and will get the issue resolved.
I never faced any problem loading the Ceipal login page and when I had a problem it was just my browser. I rarely use any other browser other than Chrome. Even after integrating with other job portals, Ceipal never gets hung or there is any error loading page I have received.
The depth of integration is high, and it took a few days to integrate all the portals, but after even integrating with all the portals, it never took time, and it was very easy to integrate, and I did not face any problem doing it.

We have integrated with many portals and the advice is to allow other to integrate as well. By integration we can access the database in one place and then its very easy to log in and access the data on the go. I will advice everyone to integrate and use this software.
I am in the sales team and it is very easy to use the portal for sales purposes. We use it and fill in our client's data so that a recruiter can submit a candidate and so on. For sales, this is what exactly every salesperson needs to have their data safe and secure.
I will say that sometimes it is difficult we have to put in a lot of information while adding a new client, but next time when we need to post a position, it is for our own benefit that it only time work and will work smoothly going further and we won't have to fill any other details and just the name will appear.
Ceipal Professional Service is also an elite service provided by Ceipal for its premium vendors. It's just like an upgrade system one can avail of if they want to pay more and have more features added to their current system. We did not use this service so I don't have much to say about this, but maybe in future we will require it.
We had to talk to the vendor about the pricing as staffing needs increase every day, and there has to be a fixed rate per user. It is very important for us to maintain the cost as well, so pricing was major concern, and after the service we received, it's totally worth it.
Pricing model was very flexible with Ciepal and when we agreed we already knew that we are going to renew it for more than 5 years now. It was flexible and we had to make sure that there is no breach in between. we are using the services for more than 2 years now so I think I made the right decision.
Vendors are very well-trained to negotiate, and I don't think they need any tips or advice from us. They were flexible and transparent during and even after the communication we had. There is no tip I have for the vendor as they are doing their best. There should be more vendors like them.
