Less Annoying CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) solution built specifically for small businesses to help clients manage contacts and track leads.
We have been using Adapt for almost a year or more and it is the best CRM solution and has helped us in saving our time and also in finding various contacts from our LinkedIn connections. It enabled us to grow our network by connecting us to the market for our products. when it comes to its price its subscription rate is quite high and it gets buggy sometimes.
I cannot stress enough how simple it is to get up and running and quickly start utilizing all of the features. There are videos in the help menu should you ever need further explanation of how to do something. And when necessary, we just call or email their customer service team for immediate help.
It provides a nice, single package of multiple features as in all in one solution business program. It can be used to help run many operations in an organization.
ADAPTcrm provides a fairly robust interface that can be individually tailored to each user, making it a bit more personable.
The program can be linked into other systems like Outlook which can alleviate the need for manual entry of contacts.
Less Annoying CRM is a very easy to use CRM. It has sufficient flexibility to organize contacts covering a broad spectrum of functions. Then it is very easy to prioritize these contacts into categories for sales marketing, and contact purposes.

Less Annoying CRM requires no contract and is astonishingly economical.
Less Annoying CRM has a very easy to use contact and scheduling system. This means contacts can be organized for future contact, whether email, phone, or any other means necessary. All in all, the primary advantage of Less Annoying CRM is it's ease of use and absence of unnecessary bells and whistles.
The one thing I was looking for is a place to manage multiple businesses with one project. Like if I am selling a "summer camp guide," I would like to have info for sales in one place with multiple contacts and businesses. LACRM customer service provided a workaround for me by suggesting I set up a specific pipeline for each project and them put each business in there. It is working great and, actually, a much better way to manage the project than I have originally intended.
I really don't have anything else to add. LACRM is perfect for us.
Adapt CRM is the perfect tool for everyone looking for the solution to manage customer relations. It has proved itself as a time saver and we can focus on other parts of our organization too without any compromise on our customer relations. It has many features for customization. Additionally, its customer service is so good and helpful and unlike other software of this kind, we have found it quite user-friendly.
It is the best CRM I've used over a 28 year period. It is SO SIMPLE to use yet it costs the least. Easy to learn. Our staff was proficient within a week of using it. Less Annoying CRM provides tutorials for basics to get started and when they add a new feature, there is a tutorial for that as well.
CRM solutions are always meant to strengthen client relationships and ADAPTcrm has helped us in achieving one of our business objectives of strengthening our bond with our clients.
I spent about an hour or two on the phone with their support team helping me make a few decisions on how I might customize the tool which was incredibly helpful. I also received an email from the team making a suggestion for how I could use it to address one of my concerns
ADAPTcrm is a bit different than other programs with similar feature sets. It offers a more well-rounded set of features that can be beneficial for an organization looking for an in all-in-one solution without much customization. On the other hand, if customization or changes are needed, the costs can be increased greatly with the need for developers or support from the company. Some CRM solutions may require a great deal of programming which ADAPTcrm does not necessarily need, potentially saving a great deal of time in implementation.
There is simply no comparison. Quickbooks Lead Center is very limited in its ability to produce reports or even use a follow-up spreadsheet. In QuickBooks Lead Center your follow-up consists of a report that doesn't show any notes, must be clicked on one by one and when printed only prints the name of the lead (no notes, dates etc.) With Less Annoying CRM you can customize reports, print them easily and have useful information right at your finger tips. Absolutely the best decision we made to increase our ROI.
