Overall Satisfaction with Less Annoying CRM

I love Less Annoying CRM. My favorite part of it is their customer service. You can always find the personal help you need. As a songwriter, I have to track multiple co-writers, songs, and projects. Because I can attach files, emails, notes, calls, and other information to a record in the database, Less Annoying CRM makes it easy to have ALL the contact information about a given co-writer/group/song/project at my fingertips at all times. I love the way it integrates with my Google calendar. I really like the pipelines! Simple to learn and use, it helps me stay much more organized than I used to, and it costs a fraction of what other CRMs cost. I don't have a team to work with, however, I can see where this app could be very helpful if I were still a program manager working closely with a group of 11 employees to manage a 300-person team. So I'd definitely recommend it to companies with a larger team. Simple to learn and implement. A lifesaver for anyone who has a LOT of people or projects to manage, and who needs to keep good track of contacts made.
  • Since an update in early 2023, became even more awesome than ever. Workspace is now more customizable, and the overall workflow is much more smooth.
  • Easy to read and edit contact info (can add/customize fields easily, so you're not limited in the types of info that you keep for your contacts. For example, in songwriting, each writer has an IPI Number to identify them, and I was able to create an "IPI Number" field to track that number for each contact!
  • Easily attach an event (calendar item), task, group, file, relationship, lead, status, or pipeline to any contact.
  • Pipelines are custom workflows you can set up to track any sort of progress you'd like to track. I can make a pipeline (workflow) called "Song" for example and customize it to reflect all the stages of finishing a song, so I can easily see how much progress I've made toward finishing a song.
  • The reports are totally awesome.
  • I would love to see the ability added to "view" the contacts from your Less Annoying CRM while not connected to the internet. However, I super-love Less Annoying CRM even without this feature.
  • A Less Annoying CRM app for my phone would be awesome, however, there is already the ability to access Less Annoying CRM from my phone because their website is mobile-friendly. It works just fine!
  • Saves immense amounts of time (no longer have to search for sticky notes, files, mails, etc., because it's all in one place).
  • Excellent customer service means I'm not stuck for months trying to figure out problems on my own.
  • Pipelines keep me on top of workflow, which translates into a positive impact on ROI.

I knew nothing about CRMs, and within a day of purchasing Less Annoying CRM, I was able to set up my contacts list with custom fields. After a brief call to Customer Service, I was able to set up my first pipelines and understand how to use them. This CRM is so simple to use, and extremely versatile.
I can't stress enough, how Less Annoying CRM's Customer Service is the absolute best thing. You're never going to be waiting weeks for a response. You're always going to know someone will call you back. They don't forget you or lose your ticket. And If you don't THINK something can be done with Less Annoying CRM, write or call Customer Service, and they are sure to have a wealth of information and ideas to offer you. They really are about helping you find simple solutions that work! They are SMART about workflows and productivity!
I already mentioned some specific scenarios in the earlier parts of my review. I'd say that my best experience has been Customer Service. When I was first using Less Annoying CRM and had NEVER BEFORE used any sort of CRM, I was intimidated. Surprisingly, the company had a customer service phone number as well as a way to email them. I contacted them for help initially. They were quick to respond, and were willing to set up appointments to walk me through the setup process. But it was SO EASY! They have been available, friendly, and helpful, every time. They also have a video series that is super-helpful when you're first learning how to use the CRM.
