Serving more than 500 companies, Delivra integrates with many popular CRM (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, and more). Delivra merged with Campaign Monitor and Emma in summer 2018, but was acquired by Redbrick in January 2022, and now is a Redbrick brand.

Well-Suited for: 1. Mobile App Notifications: Ideal for targeted push notifications in apps. 2. Customer Segmentation: Effective for personalized marketing campaigns based on user data. 3. Event-Triggered Automation: Great for automated messaging based on user actions. 4. A/B Testing: Useful for optimizing campaign messages and strategies. Less Appropriate for: 1. Non-Mobile Channels: Less effective if the primary focus is on non-mobile communications like email or direct mail. 2. As far as I know, Delivra is the only email marketing software that allows for every instance of a personalized email to be bcc'ed to an internal email address. This is a niche feature, but can be very useful for companies that need detailed records of all client communication for posterity.

  • The marketing push notifications are very effective, and it gives us free hand to define different business criteria to target user groups
  • The user experience or the message content could differ from Android and iOS, and this is a huge benefit for us
  • As an Architect, troubleshooting an issue is very detailed and the time it takes to troubleshoot an issue is considerably less from our previous product

  • User-friendly - once I understood the platform better, it took only a few minutes for me to prepare the reminder based on the survey invitation.
  • Trustworthy - I could trust that my emails were sent successfully.
  • Had the necessary tools - I only used a few of the features, but the ones I did use were easy to implement for the emails.

  • The flexibility of message shape, specifically incorporating transparency so messages do not need to be a rectangular shape

  • The contact database is not easy to navigate and we are limited by the number of contact categories we can create, and the ones we can delete. When personalizing emails it is hard to see past all the unneeded database properties to find the ones I want to include.
  • Every time I log in from https://www.delivra.com/ it opens a second window with the app and leaves the first window. It should go directly to the app in the same window.
  • Within the app, you can't open links in new tabs for easy comparison between different files/versions. It would be nice to have one email open and be able to easily open a different draft "in a new tab" without having to open a new window, log in again, and navigate to the needed file.

The interface takes a bit getting used to in order to know how to take advantage of everything. Some of the analytics that are available are particularly hard to find, so it's important to pay attention when customer support reviews everything, but everything I'd want and need in terms of Push and In-App messaging is all there.

I have not had to interact much with customer support as I have been able to find the vast majority of the answers I'm looking for within their documentation, which I very much appreciate because it saves me a lot of time. Customer support has been responsive and helpful for the most part during the couple of interactions I've had.

We've tested a bunch of different CRM tools over the years and Airship has been a winner for its functionality, features, cost, and ability to integrate with other softwares that we use. It has been great for SMS and mobile in particular. It could certainly be a one stop shop for CRM.

I had the ability to manually suppress who I wanted to send the email to, as well as individually send a link to members/customers without depending on Qualtrics ability to "send to non-survey respondents."

  • Using push notifications alone, we have seen a huge increase in app engagement which was a challenge before to nudge users to get back to the App after initial download

  • Delivra has been well suited to the needs of a particular client, and allowed for campaigns to be executed in line with their needs.
  • Delivra is another tool in our company's email marketing/marketing automation toolbox that can be used when needed or at a different price point from other platforms.
  • Overall, we haven't widely deployed Delivra.
