Likelihood to Recommend Appsflyer is excellent for running numerous campaigns across many clients and keeping track of real-time performance. Attribution is top-notch and the platform is up to date with the innovations in the area while keeping its effective & trustworthy information. Exporting reports could be a bit more friendly but all in all, a truly great MMP.
Read full review It is my absolute recommendation for anyone at a multi-location, brick-and-mortar business that is consumer-focused. I haven't demoed any other tools that could come close to meeting the needs that I would have either at my previous agency role for clients or currently at my client-side job. However, not all companies that have a footprint/distribution in multiple areas are suited; I had a brewery client with a presence in multiple states (their products were in stores and salespeople were staffed in the area), but given MomentFeed's basis in listing data around physical locations, there wasn't a real way that the product could have accommodated. Cases like that are a square peg/round hole situation.
Read full review Pros Appsflyer does deep linking well. It was reliable and works better than any past partner we've used. We no longer invest time and resources in fielding internal flags about broken links. Appsflyer does particularly well at telling the story on industry landscape, identifying areas of opportunity for our brand to grow based on the depth and breadth of their experience in mobile. The Appsflyer team offers best in class customer service. The account managers are knowledgeable, responsive, bright, invested and a pleasure to work with. Read full review Cons Supports download of only 200K rows of raw data for in-app events Supports download of raw data of in-app events for only 30 days duration max and for the last 90 days Custom reports are limited. Need to download raw data for deeper analysis Cannot look into parameter level events without raw reports Read full review More reporting options. There is a wealth of data able to be reported around just one Facebook page; now imagine the type of data you have available to analyze across dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of local pages. They already do a good job of showing some valuable insights (and providing every other metric they can via spreadsheet exports) but I think there's pretty much an endless array of possibilities beyond what they have. I suppose that's a slippery slope though. Some minor UI/UX issues. Some fields operate weirdly, some buttons may act funky, or the platform may not remember your location group selection when you move from one part of the product to another. Easily overlooked, however. Social media publishing is sometimes delayed and may go out a handful of minutes after you intended. Not a problem in most cases, but I'd schedule natively or with another tool if you're depending on a post to go out at an exact moment. Read full review Support Rating Overall support is good, fast to respond and helps us with both tool related queries as well as publisher related escalations when it comes to fraud or attribution, as they step in and help justify on our behalf. They have a very small team though in India, it's time for them to scale up the team probably and assign exclusive support folks to large clients.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Adjust is the best, followed by AppsFlyer. The rest are a joke and should be ashamed of themselves for putting out products that don't give marketers the insights they need to facilitate growth or identify fraud.
Read full review I have not personally used Yext, but after a couple demos I didn't find that it fit the needs of my past clients or current company as much as MomentFeed could; I had also heard horror stories about how Yext effectively holds listing data hostage or simply removes it once you are no longer a customer.
Read full review Return on Investment Allowed us to measure ROI correctly. We couldn't before. Cut our Facebook ad and Google Adwords costs per install almost in half. Added a few extra cents to each install, but it's worth it when looking at the optimization of the ads. Read full review Increased star-ratings=increase in click-thru rates.
