Likelihood to Recommend I would absolutely recommend Apptivo! We have used Apptivo for years, and we wouldn't consider another platform to keep all of our contacts together in one place. It's easy to export certain lists for certain mailings and to add/remove new contacts and move things around as needed over time. There's freedom to adding new contacts and the pricing is phenomenal

Zoho CRM offers are more than enough. If in the future we need features that are not currently covered by the platform, we will evaluate the possibility of migrating to
Zoho CRM . But for the moment (until now we had never used a CRM), everything that Bigin by
Zoho CRM offers us fits our needs perfectly. Perhaps for other very large companies, Bigin by
Zoho CRM surely does not cover all needs, although I couldn't give examples.
Read full review Pros Built in support for new users. Basic crm works...just dont expect it do anything well beyond the basic. Price. Google Apps integration is better than a lot of the competition who charge and anwful lot more. They are open to and try adapt quickly based on customer feedback. Read full review Usability Without a doubt, the best thing about Apptivo is that it has become a perfect internal and external communication platform. This platform will allow you to know who is taking care of certain tasks with clients and control all projects with your clients. With very affordable plans for your pocket, it has a free version for up to 3 users. It far surpasses quite a few CRMs in the same category. Apptivo CRM allows you to customize many details and work with it does not consume time or resources. You are faced with a very comfortable software to use, simple and well designed.
Read full review It has some great functions that are very easy to use and user-friendly, however overall it is not a very robust system and the fact that it only does sales and not the rest of the cycle for an organization makes it very limiting. There are a lot of functions that are very basic, but for the price it does offer a lot of value for a smaller company that just needs basic functions to track.
Read full review Support Rating Apptivo is always quick to respond whenever we have had a problem over out time of using the program. The customer service reps are always very polite and professional in their responses and are very knowledgeable! I have never gone to them with a problem that they don't do everything in their power to help solve, and most times they have (abbreviating states is the only issue we weren't able to solve).
Read full review The support is all international and it takes a while to get support as you have to go through chats and set up times, not as easy to just call and get the support you need. They are very nice when you do finally connect with someone and they are knowledgeable, just challenging being international sometimes.

Read full review Alternatives Considered The price was right for what we needed to use Apptivo for (the CRM and the contact management/project management models). And, we needed something basic and easy to implement so we could get up and running with little down time. The other systems we evaluated didn't seem to have the exact pricing and features/functionality we were looking for so we made the determination that Apptivo would be the best fit.
Read full review The price is much more attractive than equivalent tools. Pipe drive is as good, but the cost is a big factor when you are a small company, especially at the beginning. So that is why we chose BIgin, and we are delighted with it. With five members, it saves a few hundreds of euros a year.

The fact of being able to automate sending to our contact database, which has previously been tagged and categorized, has allowed us to send information in a more agile way (previously we simply used Outlook, without any type of automation). Automatically consulting all the email history you have with any of the contacts has allowed us to be more efficient and avoid duplication in communications. The process of implementing and integrating Bigin in our company, although it was not difficult, we found some difficulties to synchronize the database loaded in Bigin by Zoho CRM with our Office365 account.
