Armor gives you what you need to be successful regardless of technical ability. If you can maintain the systems yourself, you are definitely ahead of the game with their service. If you're not prepared to configure and maintain the systems, they do a pretty good job of getting it set up during the onboarding process so that you don't need to dig into the technical guts too much. If you find yourself in over your head, their support staff can handle it for you in most cases.

Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management is best suited for mid to large-size companies that require all the functions that it presents. It is a plus if you are well known with the VMWare "Horizon" ecosystem and use some of these solutions. It's to hard and resource intensive to setup and manage for small companies. Next to that it is to costly for only basic functionality compared to other solutions

Veracode helped us our team's developers in saving time significantly. For instance, if I take a library and assume it's going to work until it reaches QA or UAT, where we find out there's a vulnerability, that can require extensive effort for code refactoring or redesigning; Veracode helps prevent that before the pull request is merged.

AirWatch is usually close to "Zero Day" ready with major hardware manufacturers updated features. Many of the Android and iOS updated features are incorporated into the environments almost as soon as they are released.
AirWatch has great customer service. This was not always the case but as the company has grown over the last year in particular, I have been receiving better customer service compared to other MDMs.

It is good at recommending fixing issues with third-party dependencies used in application code with detailed version information and knowing which version fixes what.
It has a very nice interface for triaging flaws. One can sort the vulnerabilities found in code from Very Likely to be exploited to least likely to be exploited.
There is a collections feature that allows us to group together groups of application profiles belonging to the same suite of applications.

Authentication and access against the secure messaging portal is overkill when the response I'm logging in to see merely says, "yes, we have your message. An agent will respond shortly". There should be an option to receive updates like this through email.
The online portal that allows us to clone servers is very slow to respond. More than once I've spun up an additional server due to the lack of visual feedback on the initial request.
The web application firewall does not seem to be sophisticated enough to differentiate between logged in administrators and end users. We use a CMS system which allows admins to create scripts. These often get barred by the WAF even though they are not malicious.

On-Premises solution is very slow compared to SAS and which is causing many issues while accessing emails on a device, server management, contacts sync issues, Reporting issue
AirWatch Inbox application was very buggy and created a lot of issue in our organization and it seems no one is happy with the performance AirWatch Inbox is giving.
It is very costly as per analysis provided by Gartner quadrant and for a small organization or for small user base it is not that much suitable.

We've used it for 3 years and our contract is up later this year. We own the licenses, but we would have to either renew cloud services or bring the services in-house and install on servers here. We may want to see what's new in the marketplace that could be just as useful and cost effective.

At this time, and we just renewed a month ago, I dont see any products out there overall that can offer what Veracode does. Yes, its not cheap by any means, but for the money its the best application security scanning tool out there.

It works well for our environment and what we're using it for. It actually does more than we're currently utilizing, but I believe our needs will change in the near future and we could utilize more features.

- Almost no setup required and easy to configure - Very easy to use, intuitive UI with integrated analytics and learning portals. - Seamless to review the results, triage them, generate reports. - Security progression of the product/application is tracked via successive scans. - Privileges/Roles nicely fine grained and tightly controlled to let teams "view" only their products.

Just in the past few weeks our staff has had several issues with the website. It is either taking a long time to load anything or we are not able to get in at all. This is very frustrating when you are trying to manage and enroll users. It was down 2 days in a row just this past week. Not good!

Went over the availability just a minute ago on the last rating. Don't use the reporting too much but will likely begin that soon. Integration with Active Directory doesn't seem to bog either system down.

Approximately 50% of all messages we receive are automated. Either that an agent will be assigned, has been assigned, or a ticket is closed. I'd like to see more 'real' interaction, and less box ticking, though I appreciate process has to be followed. That's the one point off. Everything else is very good.

There is a separate portal for Workspace One + Chat function. The support is fast but sometime you need a little but luck that the right person is supporting your case. Case escalation is not really working.

Overall, Veracode support is helpful, community support is great, and documentation is available for self-service. Our Customer Success Manager is very helpful and reaches out regularly to see if we need assistance. We have not utilized many of the other resources offered by Veracode, however, in the future we would like to leverage secure coding training for our Development teams.

We use it as a SAS service, so really just getting our teams to mold the use of Veracode into their SDLC has been a process of years in the making. It comes down to what your teams are ready and willing to accept and change. Management is key in getting their groups on board with using it regularly. If it doesnt have management backing, your security teams have little to no influence in getting this process off the ground fully.

Airwatch remains a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant and meets the data mobility needs of our organization. We are looking at moving to the cloud with Office365 and are evaluating the Intune/EMS/MAM/Rights Management suite. We have set up both Airwatch and Intune/EMS/MAM/Rights Management in a lab environment and have compiled some good comparison data and are looking to further evaluate these products. From our testing Airwatch has good integration with Office365 and is more feature rich and has more robust controls in both the MDM and Data Management/Security space. If someone is looking for a more simple solution without MDM and they are considering providing email and calendar access only Intune/MAM may be the way to go.

Veracode is slower with scan results however the flaws discovered and sites crawled are almost the same. Rapid7 InsightAppSec only does dynamic scans. Veracode did find more links on a site crawl. Rapid7 InsightAppSec has more out of the box reports than Veracode. Both integration to DevOps tools were striaghtforward.

Visibility of all support team, their location, apps installed on devices and security level, which guarantees information is secure.
Users don't have the time to be spending their telecom plans on apps that are not accepted for corporate use. So, this plans can be controlled and money saved.
Cost happens to be an OpEx one, and even though it is not visible in ROI, when you calculate how much money represents data leak, information lost, users not arriving to attend customers, and more. The cost is giving you a return on customer satisfaction and continuity.

Positive: Scanning all our applications on Veracode provides us an overview of our cyber security posture for the organization as a whole.
Positive: Performing the SAST, SCA and DAST scanning for all the applications at the early stages of the SDLC helps us identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities early, reducing the risk of data breaches and cyber-attacks.
Negative: Sometimes Veracode SAST scanner closed and reopens some findings, leading to reliability issues on the scanner itself.
