Choosing Bigin by Zoho CRM is a good option if you are a growing small or medium-sized company with a hard time managing Google Sheets, as it is less cluttered than other CRMs and makes it easier to manage deals with little automation.

OnePageCRM

OnePage is great for any company with a sales team. Onepage is great for lead tracking, and showing all communication in one place. Its timeline is easy to use and understand. OnePage also makes it easy to manage a sales team. Their reporting capabilities are excellent and it is a great way to track deals.

  • It uses a split screen: one half is your action stream, the other is for a selected contact. This is really helpful.
  • You can do mass actions-- like rescheduling a group of actions for another day.
  • "Tags" are a handy feature... it's sophisticated enough to trigger automated follow-ups in our mail service, Klaviyo

  • Call lag needs fixing; I hate when we're stuck in middle of the conversation
  • Zoho products are seamless to integrate with, but other software is inconvenient, with less documentation there

  • The ability to interface with all or many VoIP services would be top of my priority list
  • Skype is not a favourite of mine, but Google hangouts is which is now included with OnePageCRM
  • The ability to create email templates would be good. I have a separate app for that, but it would be good to have it on board

Bigin by Zoho CRM operates easily, as most of the features are automated, and there is a full guide for that. Also, Bigin allows customization of most of the activities, which ensures that results attained are specific and practical to interpret. The customer assistance notion from Bigin is always right, as they completely make a follow up concerning the new clients. Lastly, Bigin through social site engagement, the software learns what bothers or matters to the clients

Almost every task you need to learn about has a large amount of documentation available. However, my rating is based on my recent interaction with the developer. Although I was satisfied with the service, I deducted one point since getting them on the phone took me three to four days.

Also, Bigin integrates/connect with the customers emails, making it friendly or simple to communicate with them immediately. Bigin introduced the single sign on procedure, which boosts the security of the entire system and ensure no attacks in any form.

We use all these software for task management and email marketing. OnePage doesn't send out mass emails and we needed a more robust task management system, so we use SharpSpring and Asana as well.
