Additional DetailsWe offer Free plan but your Chat MAU will be limited to your service 1,000 and you’ll be limited to send only test broadcasting messages. Q. How is the Chat MAU calculated? A. Chat MAU (monthly active user) is calculated as any user who has sent or received a messaging data using SendBird platform during 30 days. Q. What happens if my app’s popularity explodes and I go beyond the Chat MAU quota? A. We don't have hard ceilings to prevent the Chat MAU rate from exceeding the pricing plan's quota (except for with the Sandbox option), but you will be charged for additional users beyond the stated limit. If your app exceeds the Chat MAU quota, you will be charged $0.012/user with Sprout pricing, $0.011/user with Tree pricing, $0.010/user with Park pricing, and even lower with Enterprise pricing. Q. Can I change the credit card information to another one? A. You can change your credit information on your Dashboard > Billing page.Discount available for annual billing.

MessageBird seems to me a very useful tool for the times we are living [in] and the paradigm shift in corporate communications in all industries. It is very good at exchanging information and plain text. It works with some difficulty for sending images and other functionalities that the real WhatsApp application has, but the client on the other side does not know about this and sometimes sends information such as location that it is not possible to obtain.

SendBird is well suited tool for those who are having sound technical knowledge and in-hand experience of app development and APIs. One might find it difficult to integrate if not having a technical team or a good technical background. Once implemented, using or management is not an issue. Startups having low budget might find it a little bit costier.

Doodle is great when you need to coordinate dates among a group and don't want to send a bunch of group emails or texts. It allows a number of dates to be proposed and the group can easily see those dates that are most preferred. If you need to do something more complex than that it may not be your tool.

  • Doodle allows you to view multiple meeting times simultaneously. I may never have 100% of my team available, but I can see that I have three other options with 90% availability.
  • Doodle is a free resource that doesn't require users to create an account or exist in a network. I simply send the link and see the responses.
  • Doodle notifies you as people respond, making the scheduling process quick and easy. Also, you can confirm a time through the software!

  • I wish that it offered more options in backgrounds, characters and props without having an additional cost, but that is to be expected.
  • I would like an easier way to add my own fonts, characters , props etc, because I am a new learner this may not be an issue as I get more familiar with the software.
  • I don't like all the sales emails I received trying to upgrade or add to my purchase.

Doodle has customer service support available as needed, but honestly, it is so easy to use that I have rarely had to seek support. They are always a click away and responsive to resolving any need or to clarify the next best step to using Doodle to meet my needs.

Regarding WhatsApp Business, it is a very useful tool because templates can be programmed for the entire organization and clients can also be referred to other users in order to decongest an agent who can become quite busy. Otherwise there would be no way to serve you through two agents and you could have a bad end user or customer experience.

For the same reasons noted previously, Doodle allows for the organizer to ultimately select/accept the time that works for them. Many competitors only allow you to show available times and the appointment goes directly into the organizer's calendar. I typically prefer to have a bit more control over that. Also, visually Doodle is more intuitive in how you schedule appointments than Calendly. I think Calendly tries to get a bit too cute with their interface instead of sticking to a more standard, familiar calendar interface when setting an appointment.

  • Easy video calling for scheduled appointments has meant customer retention as they don't need specific software etc to have a call.
  • Negative impact whilst our internet has been slow as I've been unable to use the product well as dial in to the call using a phone option.
  • Emails reminders has meant more clients turning up for the calls leading to retained income and happier customers.
