Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I mainly use Doodle to schedule a meeting time that works best for all team members; I send out a Doodle link which takes members to a few meeting options. Upon voting for their preferred times/dates, I can easily select the most suitable option. Currently, I am conducting interviews with over 200 fellows across Africa. I use Doodle to schedule interview times with each of them, across time zones.

Doodle is the quickest platform for selecting options and copying a link over to share with a team! The user journey is also very simple and even in haste, it is easy to pull up options without being concerned about making errors. Previewing the Doodle is just a click away.

Likelihood to Recommend

Doodle is incredible for arranging a meeting for a globally diverse or local team and really simplifies the process of finding a time that works for everyone. Traditionally, one would need to send out communications with meeting time and date options. They would then need to consolidate responses across emails - Doodle truly simplifies this process! I cannot think of a scenario that is least appropriate; for a scheduling platform, the functions are very suitable.
