Very well suited for founders who are building companies in the US but are not US citizens. Works like a charm for start-ups who are looking for a cutting-edge product and not an outdated bank! Small-medium teams. Not well suited for those who are used to traditional banking and prefer in-person interaction or over the phone.
Honestly probably works well for almost any company. I have used Expensify before and while Expensify may be a bit more polished, Zoho Expense is wonderful. Plus it integrates with all my other Zoho products including Books and CRM.
Rewards - The rewards were the main reason for us switching. Our previous card provider did not have a good rewards program.User Interface and experience - When a charge is recorded on the Brex card, users immediately receive a text notification asking them to send a picture of their receipt. Brex automatically attaches the receipts to the charge which has saved our users a significant amount of time.
The program will notify users if they have entered a duplicate charge.Once the end-users understood that receipts were mandatory, attaching those receipts has become second-nature. The app makes it very easy to do so.
It can be somewhat confusing to transfer money between the credit card and bank sideMore help identifying areas of overspendingMore help tracking spending around specific accounts
Integration with Justworks HR platform.
Extremely useful and well designed product.
Prompt and always extremely fast to respond. I also think the intuitiveness of their solution negates the need for much support
Anytime I email or chat I get a very quick reply.
Divvy allows you to get hyper focused in on how much individuals are allowed to spend. Honestly it is comparable to Brex, but is more well suited for micromanaging organizational spend. Brex is good because I am able to give my employees limits that match our budgets and I don't care about micromanaging their spend.
I've used Concur in the past for managing and submitting expenses. When comparing what I know about Zoho to Concur, Zoho seems to be a more simplified tool focused on simply managing expenses, inputting, tracking, submitting and getting reimbursed. Based on what I know, Zoho gets the job done with no frills.
No fee wire transfer.Net 60 credit card terms is good for our cashflow.Fast and easy employee credit cards saves us time.
Expense reporting was a nightmare during the first year in our office. I was looking for a program that was user-friendly, affordable, accurate, and most of all -- integrated with QuickBooks Desktop. Zoho does all that. They also have a full suite of other apps that are able to be integrated.
