Chose CallFire
We also use CallRail in our agency but find that most of our needs are met by CallFire for less money.

CallFire has a pricing structure that is attractive to us as a small business. The "pay as you use" options helps us keep our overhead low, especially with so many softwares already in our tech stack. It's a tremendous value for the cost!

If you need to find a test candidate for your client quickly, this is one of the best ways. Pull yourself a hot list of a couple hundred potential candidates and load them in to CallFire. Then get ready to hit about 50-60 calls per hour. You should have a great test candidate for your client in about 24 hours! It's amazing how quickly you can show your clients the true speed of your company.

This is great software for differentiating where phone traffic is coming from. Whether it's paid/organic search, you can see exactly where the calls are coming in from. I'd love to see them add text/SMS features in the future, but it does what it claims. I'd also like to see more CRM integrations, but not sure that other users share the same sentiment

CxEngage can handle some more complex flow options that other vendors don't seem to be able to do. The integration for voice calls with Salesforce is a huge plus. The integration of email support with Salesforce is a BIG miss. After fighting with it for a year, we finally just turned it off and use Salesforce Omnichannel for email support. Chat using Salesforce Live Agent worked fine enough.

CallFire provides detailed analytics that show what/when callers select within the phone system
The text message broadcast feature is a game changer. This allows a company to dispatch text campaigns with specific calls-to-action, with tracking analytics.
The voice broadcast feature allows a mass automated message to be sent to client phones. This saves a lot of time when the same notification needs to go out to multiple clients.

Tracking phone calls first & foremost! Being able to have a running tally of the phone calls made and listening to the recorded calls throughout the month and providing that information back to our clients is vital!
Their UI is exceptionally easy to use & navigate. This is important when we have many clients running at the same time and we are able to always determine what report is for which client.
The ease of setting up a brand new client & their tracking phone number is fantastic! Saves a lot of time when it walks you through everything you need to know & do step by step.

The services are easy to use and robust, but there is room for improvement. Unfortunately, not much has changed over the last 2 years of use. There haven't been any new features or innovations in that time.
API integration and automation is not easy for most folks to jump into and there is very little technical support or documentation to take advantage of such features.
The standard reports are generally sufficient, but there isn't any customization or intelligence available.

The integration with Hubspot is not as seemless as I would have liked. We had an issue where a person who was already in Hubspot called in, and their contact information was not matched to the caller ID correctly which created some duplicate entries. A little bit of a bummer, but from what I understand they may have fixed this. We had to stop using them for a little while because our outsourced sales team was more confused by adding CallRail, so we'll be re-implementing this once our new sales team is fully trained. Hopefully the record miss-match issue gets fixed.

Stronger support and more reliable system for users not on a commercial network
Consumer friendly and intuitive reporting and dashboard tools. build canned reports
Reporting: Ability to get a combined SVL for all queues included on a report (now we manually calculate after exporting the report into excel). Same for all major data points (ASA, AHT, etc.)
Ability to include abandoned calls and an abandonment percentage which excludes short abandons on the Queue summary report. Now the report just shows total abandons and abandonment percentage so if we want to exclude short abandons we have to pull a separate report to find out how many calls abandoned in less than 10 seconds then calculate the "true abandoned number" (calls abandoned minus short abandons)
Ability to change what is considered a "short abandon" and then report on it. Right now the only option is the built in tracking of calls that abandoned in equal to or less than 10 seconds.
Ability to "save" an agents "default" skill profile so that any changes we make can be returned to "BAU" with a click of a button
quicker data/historical report retrieval
way to separate what we have listed as a queue name for reporting vs. what is used for the queue name in the "whisper" (the issue we had with WT queue naming conventions because we had to have the whisper be super precise)

The platform is easy to use and we really don't have any complaints with using it so far. The information is invaluable for clients that rely on phone calls to drive more business. Not much negative to say about it at this point. We're actually really happy with it so far and the cost is manageable.

CallRail support normally gets back to us pretty quickly when we submit a ticket and they have a good knowledge base for common questions. I've heard mixed reviews from other local marketing agencies that use this tool, but overall in my experience, support has been knowledgeable and quick working through our problems.

We implemented in 2018 and were only given 8 weeks to do it...as per the direction of our parent company at the time. Serenova at the time responded well and we were able to go Live within 8-weeks...albeit the product overall was a big change and had gaps in features over our previous contact management solution.

Callrail has a very seamless and easy to use Dynamic Number Swap function. In other call tracking that we looked into the integration was either not as easy to use or required much more work to implement. Setting up CallRail has been so easy even our entry-level employees need very little training to master the platform.

It's been too many years...I don't remember. Except in 2021 we looked briefly at Amazon and Salesforce call center offerings. Both were too basic at the time that even if we got a great deal on licensing (we are a Salesforce house for other things), we couldn't easily (or at all) do things like Callbacks and some of the more robust flow buildouts that we have in place today with Lifesize.

It is useful to monitor our calls weekly. We can give our employees feedback on the quality of the calls which helps our overall sales and conversions.
By knowing which campaigns perform best, we can shift our budget to target those campaigns specifically which saves us revenue and increases sales.
