In a B2B set up - Post achieving some scale and having outgrown Google Sheets/ Excels. Won't add much value if you are dealing with fewer than 400-500 invoices a year.
We haven't explored their B2C subscription management side - but that is one of the key strengths of the platform.
This tool is most usable when used in parallel with Sage's accounting management software, as with other accounting systems it can generate errors, leaving room for other credit card payment processor alternatives to exist and be preferred by other potential users for their overall performance. It is promising the ability to develop transaction reports in summary or detailed form, resulting in a better management of income to then make the distribution of budgets in the company, thus achieving better planning and performance of our work. This service allows the processing of payments through touch screen card devices at POS points of sale without having to be sitting at your laptop, fortunately with face to face payments companies with fixed establishments can get their money faster, which constantly benefits the flow of money.
Rerun is great for any business that invoices or bills clients on a recurring schedule of any sort, whether that be daily, weekly, monthly, annually, and so forth. I wouldn't recommend it for businesses that just want to run a credit card now and then. This is made to assist with subscriptions, memberships, or any recurring service types. This also works well for delinquent accounts, you can get them set up on an automatic payment plan they can afford to pay down outstanding invoices.
It wasn't allowing us to add a one time purchase without making it an ongoing subscription with only one payment. They may have fixed it very recently but that was a big pain from a reporting perspective (it was including one time purchasers as subscribers)
Email automation is not very robust. Difficult to customize triggers by subscription, you have to send the same message to all subscribers for a specific action
Wish it had a way to write off and cancel the subscription of customers who haven't updated their cc info. That can be a long painful and very manual process. And if that feature is available somewhere they don't do a good job of making that clear.
When you are reversing a credit card it just deducts from your total batch for the day. Instead of showing a separate charge out of the account. That can cause confusion if someone else is doing your bank reconciliation.
It would be nice is Sage Pay could copy over client emails as well as the address and other information so that you can send that email confirmation of charge without having to go back to pull it up.
If Sage could post it as a total deposit instead of each individual charge for the day that would also save time with bank reconciliation.
Honestly, this is the only software I have used for automation of recurring payments. So far, I haven't had any issues for how I use it. Others who use it more in-depth may find areas for improvement.
It's very easy to use once you know what you're doing. I found it very straight forward once I got the hang of things and was able to create plans easily for my business. I was also able to just charge my clients right away easily. Refunding was also easy when needed.
The major reason to go with chargebee is its costing as compared to its competitors it is much useful and value for money.Also it has many features that is very practical and efficient to use it.I recommend to the people who involves low costing as well as futuristic features.
We selected Rerun over Bill.com as it was less expensive and has a much better interface than Bill.com. There are no per user fees like Bill.com, which allows me to invite team members in to help with managing the payments. The interface is much easier to work with and manage vs Bill.com.

It's been amazing! I started using it for delinquent accounts and it worked so nicely that I decided to start billing my clients monthly vs hourly. The software itself doesn't cost anything, they only charge merchant fees and per-transaction fees. I would be paying these to accept credit cards anyway, so it is 100% worth it. Plus, it has saved me time on bookkeeping and collections, which allows me to have more billable time. It has helped me take my business from a time-based billing system to a value-based billing system.
