ZoomInfo Sales is a modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. ZoomInfo Sales helps find buyers based on an Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), advanced company attributes, and accurate contact information in B2B. It is used to identify the next customer using data-driven insights and buying signals that reveal companies that are ready to buy.
I think it's well suited for real estate management teams when they are drowning in data, but they're starting from insights. I think that's most appropriate. It's possibly not the right solution for smaller sites. So if it's very obvious where you need to go or you don't need that visibility because the office is particularly small, it doesn't make sense at all.

A scenario wherein ZoomInfo Sales is well-suited, as I said, is good for giving you the details, the intent, and scope for a specific person working at a very specific company, and also the initiatives that are currently going on in the organization. When it comes to updating a contact's email and phone number, it does so very accurately. Apart from that, the call script feature generates a call script immediately after the call connects, in three to four seconds. Then there is a customer mapping filter where you can find similar customers to your existing ICPs. And then when it comes to maybe the things or scenarios that are less appropriate, it's again the Chrome extension part. Also, on the onboarding part, we have experienced that the onboarding did not go that smoothly. The email generation part that ZoomInfo claims is quite good. For us, the result that came out was all four to five of our emails, the email template that we had made in ZoomInfo. So all these four to five emails had the same body, the same subject line, just we can say 98% of the email were same, just 2% change in them. And there is no scope for automation. You have to process each and everything manually, even today in ZoomInfo.

So the first thing it does really well is a lot of our sites are rural, so we don't have very good cellular connectivity. So we invested in this product because we want our clients, our customers that are coming in to be able to walk in and be able to use a our wireless infrastructure just like it was a cellular device. So they don't even know, they walk in, they think, man, my cellular's better right now. I can do all the things that I wanna do. I can do video. And they don't even know. So that's the biggest bonus for us.

Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.

I would say out-of-the-box plugins. It's very easy to make it for DNA spaces, but I'd love to see more part more companies partner with them so that the plugins are just available to add on right out of the box. You don't have to work with a vendor and say, "Hey, I need you to come in and develop this API", it's already there. That would be the one thing that I would say that could get a little bit more help with.

For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.

There is a strong commit from the management team to continue our investment into Spaces. We are currenly looking into options how to expand occupancy visibility into all meeting rooms (also those without collaboration device deployed) to gather even more granular real time data for all meetings rooms. So based on recent discussions I don't see the reasons, why we wouldn't proceed with the Spaces adoption.

I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.

Spaces is very easy to use. I am glad that Cisco took the DNA platform and made it more user friendly. It is a simple single pane of glass that has every thing you need in one place. To me, it is very self explanatory

The sidebar is seamless, and it's easy to navigate, unlike other tools. I like that the advanced search isn't too complicated, either. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm not using the tool to its full capability, but it's great for a combination strategy of sales navigation and Zoom.

Support staff is very helpful and responsive. When they give you a window of when they will get back to you, they try to aim to wait as minimal as possible. Support tries to have a least an idea of what the problem is and ask what troubleshooting have you done. They would prefer not to have to go over troubleshooting steps that didn’t work before.

There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes

People counting. Cisco Spaces integrates with Kio Cloud to enhance location-based services by enabling IoT-driven insights and automation. Kio Cloud is a cloud-based IoT management platform designed to work with Cisco Spaces' IoT Device Marketplace, allowing organizations to manage, monitor, and gain insights from a wide range of IoT sensors and devices.

There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
