Chose Everstage
I have not personally used another tool like Everstage. This is the second company I have been a part of that I have been able to track my variable compensation with Everstage and as a user it does what I would hope it does. I would not choose to move off of it.

We use Clari as the primary way to manage our sales business, our opportunities, and our forecasting. Clari provides a very clean, digestible, and easy to manipulate format to view and manage all of the Salesforce information. The fact that Clari is able to provide an easily customizable set of columns and groups, coupled with the ability to write back to Salesforce is fantastic. Anyone in a mature sales organization will find Clari highly effective at helping manage their funnel of opportunities and their business.

It is highly likely robust for compensation administrators, easily integrates with our organization systems and accommodates our mobile workforce and there are robust tools to document and track administrative processes and all incentive activity. The structure and reliability of Everstage is an important foundation for moving your compensation practices to industry standards.

  • Sometimes we'll update everything and it won't save so GTM teams have to do it again. Not sure if it's whenever we do platform updates.
  • As a manager I'm not able to reorder my teams names in the rows. I have to ask our Admin to sort A-Z which is time wasted

The reason to give this rating is corely because of multiple level analysis, everstage provide product level analysis which is truly beneficial for any business manager, we can understand which product is doing good in the organization and we can understand which sales executive is selling more which course. Clari's UI does not resonate with new users. The backend query updating takes quite long time to update. Lots of fixes are needed without answers or solutions offered by the Clari team. If set up correctly with clear recommendations from the Clari team, all the previous issues may be resolved, however the usability is tied closely to set up.

Clari is very willing to jump in and build out use cases. They will work to do anything for you. That said, their follow up is not great. We have had to reach out for follow up several times on a project, which is still not complete. I wish they taught us how to complete what we want, rather than doing it in house for us

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that

At the time of selection, Clari was a more mature product than Xactly Forecasting. We did not want to experience growing pains with Xactly. Pipeline Inspection from SFDC was just becoming available. We had already selected Clari before we learned about Pipeline Inspection.

It was a company decision, Excel was not automated and had high chances of human error and if not updated properly there may be chances of someone losing out on their attainment Ever stage being automated and linked to salesforce there is very less probability of mistake and also transparency in the records
