  • Good to comprehend business opportunities and to protect the product’s promotion in the market.
  • It's a very simple and easy application. Once installed [it] can give the maximum benefits. Nothing can stop this tool from making wise decisions and providing ways to implement and observe the process further.
  • Its mobile version helps us to watch the business detail for 24-hours and is a good way to communicate with clients on demand.
  • Its managing abilities are not underestimated because of its to-the-point business overview.

  • It is pretty easy to use. We don't need to set up formal training sessions for our users which lets us get new users up and running much quicker.
  • Great reporting section, you can extract some really detailed reports of your leads and their status.
  • User access control and 2-factor authentication are really easy to define and set up.
  • Some really great integrations with Zoho products and Gsuite.

    Compared to our previous CRM, Zoho is a breeze. I can look up customers and reports with no issue. There are times when it may be difficult to find something, but I assume that is because I am not in Zoho every day like the sales team is. It does everything we need very simply, so I would definitely recommend it to others.

I can easily gather all the detail of customers in one place and we can discuss and increase product marketing. Its social media integration is great to advertise product features, so that's why I really like it.

    We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.

    Take it slowly and meet often with your team to solicit their feedback. Listen to what they are saying so that if something is not clear, you can address it before they turn on the CRM. Also, whatever system you were one previously will not match Zoho CRM which is both good and bad. It's good as I know Zoho CRM will be better than whatever you're been using. Bad because it will require change and how you did things in your old CRM may need to be modified a little when using Zoho CRM.

    To be honest, we really like Zoho CRM but Salesforce was really good as well. It was just too big for us. Salesforce had too many options and too much going on. We couldn't get it all going properly and didn't enjoy using it like we do with Zoho. We also didn't get the same warm feeling with Salesforce as we do with Zoho. We have gotten better customer service with Zoho

    • It has been [designed] for sales reps. They can focus on sales and building relationships with clients. It is best for businesses from all sectors who want good results. They give training online and through webinars.
    • Its features are very advanced and good. It gives users lots of documentation storage, assists achieve, retail machine integration, [and] task management.
    • The next step is to win customers from other tools over profitable sales. And then retaining these customers with their services and support. The new interface has [been] launched for a better understanding of users as it increases day-to-day productivity due to lesser complexity.

    • We had Zoho CRM early on when it wasn't quite as robust as it is now, so there have been vast improvements, which also puts us at a disadvantage for falling into old ways of doing things rather than exploring new ways that we always wanted in the beginning.
    • One thing we were able to do is get rid of MailChimp and slowly migrate to Campaigns
    • Eventually I would like to migrate Zoom to Meeting but it's just not quite there yet.
    • Also, I do have to say going just from the CRM to Zoho One was a VAST improvement where many apps were available. At first, I was so disappointed in the CRM but with all the integrations it's been so much better!
